ORDER OF SERVICES ON SUNDAY MORNINGS

times are approximate and the exact order, number of songs and readings will vary with the person presiding

The hall we use is rented and we have it booked from 10am until 1pm. We make every effort to begin at 10am but the time we finish can vary between 12.30pm - 12.45pm.

The following is a guide to a breakdown of our meeting.

10 - 10.15 am

Sermon - One of the men will present a prepared expository or topical lesson.

11 - 11.15 am

Lord's Supper - The remembrance of Jesus death on the cross.

General Prayers - One man will lead the congregation in prayer and other men may also be given the opportunity to lead in prayer.

11.20 - 11.28 am

Scripture Readings - We have weekly Scripture readings from the New and Old Testaments.

11.28 - 11.30 am

Collection - A bag will be passed around to take up the weekly collection for the work of the church. If you are visiting with us, please do not feel obliged to give.

11.30 - 11.40 am

Break - A short recess before we resume for our Bible classes.

11.40 am - 12.25 pm

Bible Classes - Adults remain in the main hall and children go into the back room.

12.25- 12.30 pm

Please note: we have a members business meeting on the first Sunday of every trimester and likewise a singing session on the second Sunday of each trimester. These take the place of the Bible class.
